From the first meeting to the final result, Vanya Djalalieva is the person tracking how a project develops and making sure every stage moves in the right direction.

As a project manager at GN Build she coordinates teams, tasks and deadlines, oversees delivery at every stage and keeps communication working between everyone involved. For her, good organisation is not only a matter of planning - it is consistency, attention to detail and responsibility for the end result.

Her work does not end when the assigned tasks are done. She sees the value in the whole process: understanding what the client needs, setting clear goals and carrying the idea through to completion.
