Luchezar Lazarov
Warehouse & Logistics Manager
“I take responsibility for what is under my control, look for a solution rather than an excuse, and believe a good result starts with good organisation.”
Every construction project has its own rhythm. For it to keep moving, everything needed has to be available, accounted for and in the right place at the right moment.
Luchezar Lazarov is the warehouse and logistics manager at GN Build - the role that connects materials and resources with the teams actually doing the work.
The position rests on responsibility, quick reactions and a constant eye on what is happening in motion. Because when you take responsibility for your part of the process, finding a solution comes before looking for an excuse.
