“I believe a good professional never stops learning, building on what they know and looking for better solutions.”

Dimitar Slavev is a site manager at GN Build who believes that however well you know your trade, there is always something new to learn.

Day to day, he leads the technical teams on site, oversees the construction and installation works and makes sure the project's requirements, deadlines and standards are met.

But his approach looks beyond the present moment. For Dimitar, development means following how the industry changes, widening his own knowledge and never treating the established way as the only way to work.

Because when a person keeps developing, so does their work.
