Boryana Radenkova
Chief Operating Officer
“I believe the best in a person emerges when someone believes in their potential and challenges them to surpass it.”
Every company reaches a turning point. A moment when growth calls for a fresh perspective, new energy and people who can turn potential into real results.
For GN Build, that moment came with Boryana Radenkova - who took on the role of chief operating officer and joined the team with a clear brief: to help the business, and the people in it, grow.
Boryana believes that behind every good result is a person with potential, who needs the right approach, trust and sometimes someone to push them past their own limits.
Her approach is personal. She has a talent for recognising people's strengths, encouraging them out of their comfort zone and helping them become the best version of themselves. For her, leadership means asking the right questions, challenging how people think and creating an environment where they want to develop.
Today Boryana is part of the team driving GN Build forward, focused on the growth of the company and of its most valuable resource: its people.
